- One UTF-8, product-only CSV: up to 100 data records and 1 MiB. No customer or order data.
- The review
- File structure, repeated SKUs, selected price formats, repeated variant combinations, formula-like cells and image URL syntax.
- Safe changes
- Only approved outer-whitespace trims in Title, Vendor or Tags. No automatic changes to SKUs, prices, handles or options. No sorting or deleting records.
- Your handoff
- The unchanged original, a review CSV, a readable report and a machine-readable change log. One follow-up check after your corrections is included.
- Timing
- Target: within 48 hours after the agreed start. We confirm timing before any paid work.

You receive the files and change report. Resolve open decisions, keep a current backup and test a small subset in a dev store before a live import.
Before you send a file
A few useful boundaries.
Will this import products or change my store?
No. This is a file-only review. We don’t access your store or perform a live import. Repeated handles, SKUs or image rows can be intentional; we flag questions rather than silently removing data.
Does the review guarantee a successful Shopify import?
No. It is not import certification. We do not compare against a live catalog, fetch remote images, or validate inventory locations, fulfillment settings, metafields, custom apps, tax settings or every Shopify field. Shopify acceptance and overwrite safety are not guaranteed. Read Shopify’s import and backup guidance.
What should I leave out of the first email?
Don’t send customer records, order histories, passwords, API keys, payment details or confidential supplier pricing. Headers and an approximate record count are enough to start. Formula-like cells are flagged and preserved; don’t open a flagged CSV directly in a spreadsheet.
Does an enquiry place an order?
No. No orders or payments are accepted on this page. The first email is an enquiry, not a booking or a payment obligation. Scope, availability, the total and timing are confirmed before any payment link is supplied.
